As many as 140 entrants are expected to wind their way from Central Park Avenue East on Central Street to Ashland Avenue, beginning at 2 p.m. on July 4. Lawn chairs may be placed along Central street beginning July 1st, 6:00 AM in accordance with City ordinance.
